During her university years, Anais started teaching yoga classes on campus. Early on, she began blending her flows with some of her favorite R&B artists like H.E.R., Frank Ocean, and Beyoncé—something that unexpectedly became her signature style and instantly connected with people.

Her yoga journey actually began after a sports injury. What started as physical recovery slowly turned into something much deeper. In her early days, she found a lot of inspiration through Lesley Fightmaster, whose teachings shaped her first steps on the mat.

Anais completed her classical Hatha Yoga training on the island of Crete. She originally signed up wanting to improve her alignment and understand the physical practice—but what she found was a mindset shift that changed far more than her poses.

Before yoga, Anais was working in the hospitality world as a hotel director in Munich while studying Tourism & Travel Management. Life moved fast, expectations were high, and she was someone who pushed herself hard.

Anais never planned to become a yoga teacher. But because she naturally had a strong, ambitious mindset, Power Yoga became the style that first truly resonated with her—and through that journey, she discovered what yoga is really about:
