Private yoga sessions are fully personalized and designed around your individual needs, goals, and energy levels. You decide the focus of each class—whether you are looking for deep relaxation, more strength, improved flexibility, or inner balance. Depending on how you feel, your practice can be a calming Yin Yoga session to release tension and improve mobility, or a strengthening Vinyasa Yoga or Power Yoga class to build endurance, stability, and focus. Special attention is given to proper alignment, hands-on assists when desired, and conscious breathwork to create the most effective and transformative experience for both body and mind.
