Online Yoga: These classes are dynamic and require some prior experience, as Power Yoga and Vinyasa Flow often include flowing and challenging sequences. They are primarily intended for students who are already familiar with my teaching style and communication. During the class, I will move around the room to make adjustments, so I won't always be directly in the camera's view. However, the first row of students will be clearly visible. Since you will mainly hear my voice through the microphone during the class, I recommend listening to the RnB Spotify playlist at home. This way, you can enjoy the best possible music quality while the music gently accompanies the movements. You can find the playlist in your booking confirmation.
