Service Description
Private lessons are yoga sessions tailored specifically to you. Whether in the comfort of your own home or outdoors, these one-to-one sessions have the distinct advantage of being tailored to your individual yoga level. The asanas and yoga style can be adapted to suit your mood and needs. It's not uncommon for a planned power yoga session to transform into a completely relaxing yin yoga session. The session concludes with a gentle shoulder massage and guided meditation.
