RnB Yoga & Recovery – DAY RETREAT at Session Labs, Maxvorstadt, Munich Experience a restorative combination of RnB yoga, relaxation, and healthy snacks & drinks. The day begins with a Vinyasa yoga session to my favorite songs by Cleo Sol, Frank Ocean & H.E.R. After the yoga session, the Alchemist Food Club® invites you to a detox herbal shot and raw cakes. Daily Matcha will also be on-site offering delicious matcha creations as the perfect healthy refreshment. Afterwards, the Recovery Space opens – a place of complete relaxation: The Finnish sauna, infrared cabins, and two cold plunge pools ensure intensive regeneration.
